Acetal Rod

Acetal is a versatile engineering plastic which is particularly suited to machining. This material is relatively stiff, has a low coefficient of friction and lends itself well to applications where precision and free movement is key.

This material is suited to most model making/prototype building.

Note that Acetal can be difficult to glue and doesn’t take well to readily available adhesives. Specialist glues/adhesives and associate procedures are necessary to achieve an adequate bond.

Acetal can be supplied in both Black and White (Natural) colour.
