Neoprene

Neoprene or poluchloroprene is a synthetic rubber material often used in the construction of wetsuits & other outdoor clothing. It exhibits good performance in a wide range of applications due to good temperature, chemical and abrasion resistance. 

Neoprene finds application as a fabric with insulative properties in both clothing and engineering uses. It also has very good anti-slip characteristics that make it beneficial in wet environments.
