Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all orders made before 12pm the same working day.

Orders made after 12pm are shipped the next working day Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next working day

Within the UK Mainland, we dispatch orders using Royal Mail or ParcelForce Services which provide at least confirmation of delivery tracking numbers.

Unfortunately, we do not post items to PO Boxes.

If this is the case, we will contact you with a bespoke shipping quotation. Should no communication be received by us within 3 working days, in response to this quotation, we will cancel and refund the full order value.

We do not offer any international postage services.

While we do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives to you within the advertised delivery estimates, once the order leaves us, we have no further control on the delivery.

COVID STATEMENT

During the pandemic, there are possibilities that postal systems are delayed due to the continuing workload caused by Coronavirus cases. Most postal and courier service websites confirm that there may be delays due to absenteeism caused by precautionary isolations. The length of the delays can vary from region to region and can change daily.

Packaging

We do our upmost to ensure that your items are delivered to you in the best possible condition.

We use boardback or bubble padded envelopes, good quality craft wrapping paper, cardboard tubes and boxes.

Where do our best to use recycled and or reclaimed packaging materials wherever possible.

Should any item arrive as damaged in transit, please contact us immediately and we will advise you further.
